Katharina Tietze

Katharina Tietze is Professor at Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), where she has served as Head of Style and Design since 2006. She studied clothing design at Berlin University of the Arts, before working as a costume designer at Jena Theatre. From 1999 to 2005, she was affiliated to the Chair of Fashion and Public Images at the Bauhaus University in Weimar. Besides her research and teaching activities, she has curated various exhibitions. Amongst various others projects, she founded K&K. Zentrum für Kunst und Mode in 2002, together with the artist Katharina Hohmann.
